We are avalable open for customer order Product and we are exstock . 

Some product we are use the trading system for sales , than we are just make up a litter bit , so customer can feel our pricing will less than market price . 

About the Product we order , we are promise same with customer order . and the quality will get the warranty 

Order collection 

a) Shipped delivery 

When the goods arrive our shop , we checking , than we will sent to customer . 

b) Collect from Prootech Store 

When the goods arrive our shop , after we checking quality, than we will contact customer for collect 

Payment  ( Order at www.prootech.com ) 

Below RM500.00 , we will not need to pay  any Down Deposit , 

When over RM500.00 Goods ( Price) , we will need customer to pay Down Deposit 20% 

When Product Arrive , before we post to customer , we need the another 80% full Payment .

Payment  ( Order at Retail Shop  ) 

Below RM500.00 , we will not need to pay  any Down Deposit , 

When over RM500.00 Goods ( Price) , we will need customer to pay Down Deposit 20% 

When Product Arrive ,We will contact customer , than customer need to pay full payment when collect product 

Order Detail ( www.prootech.com ) 

If customer confirm order , can direct order at www.prootech.com , than we will process for customer 

Order Detail ( Prootech Retail Shop ) 

If Customer confirm order, we will give customer fill in the Order Form for order process . 

Order Take TIme :

Normally we need order goods 2-3 working days ,

If  the goods Need to import we, will take 7-10 Working days we process and delivery .
